VOS calls on all Designers and Production Members to submit for
the Design/Production Team for our fall production of
Into The Woods.

Positions:

Stage Manager
Assistant Stage Manager
Set Designer
Set Construction (Team Lead)

Lighting Designer
Sound Effects
Props/Set Dressing (Team Lead)
Costume Designer (Team Lead)

Hair & Wigs (Team Lead)
Makeup (Team Lead)
Body Mics (Team Lead).

The Process/What to expect:

STEP ONE: Hopeful candidates will submit for the role(s) of the Design/Production Team using the online form provided below.
STEP TWO: All candidates will receive an email confirmation of your submission. (Please check your junk mail)
STEP THREE: The online form will close on June 15th.
STEP FOUR: The Producers will connect with select candidates via email to schedule an interview during the week of June 15-30.
STEP FIVE: Interview topics will be sent to all selected interviewees ahead of time – We want everyone to feel as prepared as possible.
STEP SIX: Once the successful candidate has been selected and confirmed, all candidates will be contacted.

A: No, candidates are encouraged to provide as much information regarding their experience and vision in their submission as possible.

A: If you have a suggested team you’d like to work with please mention this within the “additional notes” section of the online form. All members of the suggested team must submit and interview individually.

A: To give each candidate the best opportunity to shine, our interview team will provide potential interview topics prior to the interview. Candidates are encouraged to bring notes, photos, or anything that will help them share their vision for the show.
