VOS calls on allpassionate, organized, and collaborative members to submit for
the Producer role for our spring 2027 production of
Disney’s Frozen.
What makes a strong VOS producer?
Great producers are strong communicators, thoughtful leaders, and creative problem-solvers who can balance big-picture vision with careful attention to detail. They foster positive team environments, support both artistic, logistical, and financial needs, and help guide a production from first rehearsal to final curtain with clarity and care. These individuals are great multi-takers and have an eye for balancing a budget.
The Process/What to expect:
STEP ONE: Hopeful candidates will submit for the role of the Producer using the online form provided below.
STEP TWO: All candidates will receive an email confirmation of your submission. (Please check your junk mail)
STEP THREE: The online form will close on May 10th.
STEP FOUR: The Producers will connect with select candidates via email to schedule an interview during the week of May 10-17.
STEP FIVE: Interview topics will be sent to all selected interviewees ahead of time – We want everyone to feel as prepared as possible.
STEP SIX: Once the successful candidate has been selected and confirmed, all candidates will be contacted.

Q: Where will the interviews be held?
Interviews will be held online via Teams. No Teams account required.
Q: Can I submit if I’ve never been on a VOS production position before?
A: Yes – All interested candidates are encouraged to submit.
Q: Will every candidate who applied receive an interview?
A: No, candidates are encouraged to provide as much information regarding their experience and vision in their submission as possible.
Q: What if I have specific people I would like to work with?
A: If you have a suggested team you’d like to work with please mention this within the “additional notes” section of the online form. All members of the suggested team must submit and interview individually.
Q: If I get selected for an interview – what’s the best way to prepare?
A: To give each candidate the best opportunity to shine, our interview team will provide potential interview topics prior to the interview. Candidates are encouraged to bring notes, photos, or anything that will help them share their vision for the show.
